Returns & Cancellations

Should you wish to return a product, we will issue you with a refund less 40% restocking charge and any return delivery charges incurred.  Proposed returns should be e-mailed within 10 days of the initial delivery.

Should you wish to cancel an order of a stocked item, we will issue a 100% refund if it has not left our premises.  However, if the goods have been dispatched you will be liable for the carriage costs and subsequent returned delivery charges.

Should you wish to cancel an order of a non-stocked product, no refund will be given.
